All products sold by PureAura Peptides™ are strictly for in vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or animal administration. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment processing
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all EU member states only
Standard delivery: 48–72 hours tracked from dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation
PureAura Peptides™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds (temperature-sensitive, perishable), we do not accept returns of opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pureaurapeptides@gmail.com with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold "as is" for research purposes. PureAura Peptides™ makes no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond the stated purity specifications confirmed by our Certificate of Analysis.

7. Limitation of Liability

PureAura Peptides™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
